It was in 2003 that the Lord impressed Jerry Dirmann, senior pastor of The Rock, to disciple his congregation using a modified version of a youth discipleship program he had written years earlier. Jerry called it, “OPERATION: SOLID LIVES” (OSL). By 2004 it had exploded and by 2008, OSL began to spread to other churches throughout the United States and Internationally. Now OSL is being used by hundreds of churches, resulting in thousands of lives being radically transformed.

Jerry Dirmann is the author and founder of OPERATION: SOLID LIVES, as well as the founder of The Rock, based in Anaheim, CA. Along with his wife Kimberly, Jerry has served in various ministries over the past 25 years, including being the National Youth Director for The Foursquare Church. Recently, Jerry has worked to redevelop OSL with a focus on Jesus' Great Commission to all believers, using Biblical principles found in disciple making movements (DMM) around the world.
